furniture makeover #1

I hardly ever go to garage sales, even though I find them really fun. However every once in awhile I stumble across one...and I always find something really cool. A few weeks ago I found this old, solid wood bench. It was an UGLY bench. However, I believe if it's a good, solid, piece of wood it can always be brought back to life. So, after a little sanding, a new coat of stain finish and a new cushion...it is now beautiful. The best part is the total cost of the bench + fabric + foam cushion was only $4. Awesome and fun for me :)!
