Memorial Weekend
This year to celebrate Memorial Day, the girls and I went to the country. Mikael's (aka bestie of 17 yrs) parents have a house in Gause, TX. It's about 30mins from Bryan, TX. We had a blast. Her parents little country cottage was built completely by her dad and neighbor. This house looks like picture from a magazine. Soooo beautiful. Cayman fit right in with the country folks, while city girl Mara just sat back and relaxed by the pool with her music and magazines. Cayman rode the four wheeler, drove the tractor, played horse shoes and swam until she wore herself out. If you know Mikael then you know she is a big kid, so the girls really enjoyed playing with her...lol.

ReplyDeleteOh wow...I figured that place would be awesome after seeing Mikael's home. Caymi looks at home, like you said. We need to adopt her for the summer....there's work to be done! Fields to mow.....gardens to harvest.....bathrooms to be renovated! haha
